COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT for Ford Ranger :

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has a new type of competition net (tube fin) with the dimensions 660 mm x 282 [254] mm x 120 [65] mm [stepped]. This corresponds to an outer net volume of 21.3 liters. The WagnerTuning Competition intercooler for the Ford Ranger thus offers a 32% larger frontal inflow area and 279% more external network volume compared to the original intercooler.

The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations (for an ideal internal air flow). With the help of an air duct incorporated inside the cooler inlet, the charge air cooler network is filled evenly. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. In addition, the newly developed Competition high-performance mesh ensures that the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, still have sufficient airflow and is also very light. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, as a result of which a permanent and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The assembly takes place at the original attachment points and is easy to carry out (plug and play). All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
