We always secure your vehicle with sufficient heavy-duty straps. We fix these securely to the floor anchorage and central mount on the dynamometer. In this way, we guarantee you an absolutely reliable process for all test processes.

Our dynamometer forces the vehicles to be measured to have favorable ground clearances: the increased distance between the hall floor and the vehicle floor offers a number of advantages. In particular, this enables above-average heat dissipation to protect the material. Furthermore, the noise development is noticeably reduced.

In the test cycle, we completely upgrade your vehicle with test sensors from our sensor box. This is how we reliably record essential temperatures, for example of engine oil and coolant. We also record lambda and AFR values ​​reliably and precisely. We also store speeds and a lot of other information in a traceable manner. In this way, we reduce disturbances and errors in all measurements as far as possible. This means that part-load and full-load adjustments are also possible on our dynamometer.

We guarantee you adequate cooling of all critical systems: The temperatures of engines, cooling systems, water and charge air remain stable.

This is ensured by three independent blower motors with sufficient power.

We use a powerful extraction fan to control the exhaust gas development.

You will receive a performance chart printout after each completed test cycle. It combines maximum performance and torque with speeds and boost pressures. Of course, this information includes appropriate weather corrections.

We also measure 4Motion vehicles and a number of all-wheel drive vehicles on our dynamometer. To do this, we electronically manipulate these vehicles with a high level of expertise. In addition, we make minimal hardware changes on site and thus achieve measurement capability.
