The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm / 17.45L) and thus offers a 10% larger inflow area and 50% more charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The newly developed competition high-performance mesh allows the adjoining components, such as the water cooler, enough airflow and is also very light (S3 OEM 8kg/ WAGNERTUNING 9.2kg). CAD designed free-form cast aluminum end boxes for the best possible internal airflow. The inlet and outlet have been enlarged (Ø 67mm), so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock cooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to do. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Now available with TÜV parts certificate for many vehicles.
