Eventuri's AMG GTR intake system is a fully sealed system developed through extensive real-world testing and airflow simulation analysis. It features our patented venturi housings that allow for the smoothest possible airflow to the turbo inlets. The housings enclose our custom-designed filters that help shape airflow and maintain laminar conditions. They have also been maximized in their internal volume to reduce restrictions and in the process we have also redesigned the OEM central cover as it presses on the much larger system. Finally, the intake air temperatures are kept constant with the ducts sealing to the filter housings. The AMG GTR intake system has been independently tested by RENNtech, the world's leading Mercedes tuning company, and proven to improve performance on both stock and tuned engines. Each system comes complete with the carbon center cover.

The Eventuri difference

The C190/R190 AMG GTR Eventuri intake system utilizes our patented carbon housings with our custom designed Gen 2 filters that provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce turbo drag.

dyno tests

The dyno tests were done by RENNtech in the USA who tested a GTR back to back in stock condition and also with their own ECU tune and compared the OEM airboxes to our intake system. As seen below, Eventuri's intake offers a power gain across the rev range. Peak horsepower and torque are summarized below for each configuration. The mid-range gains are in some places higher than the stated peak values, as can be seen in the graphs. The resulting gains are felt on the road in better throttle response and improved acceleration times.
