The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (640mm x 200mm x 110mm = 14,080cm³) and thus offers a 25% larger inflow area and 110% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh has very good cooling and counter-pressure properties. The weight of the intercooler is 10.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized in the CFD system under flow analyzes for the best possible internal air flow. This guarantees an even filling of the intercooler. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the input and output have been increased to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a pressure pipe made of cast aluminum. Complete ready-to-install kit from turbo to throttle (as shown). The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. Thus, this kit is suitable for racing. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The assembly takes place at the original attachment points and is easy to carry out (1:1 exchange). All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
