The ATL Saver Cells are suitable for use with carburetor based fuel systems and with Nuke Performance's integrated high-profile CFC unit, which eliminates the need for an external expansion tank otherwise required when running a fuel cell, it is a perfect solution for fuel injection systems. Our range of saver cells come with yellow foam for petrol and E85.

The cells come with the new Nuke Performance High Profile CFC Unit as a filler plate replacement. The new High-Profile CFC Unit is the perfect solution for a simplified, high-performance fuel system that puts safety first. This system eliminates the need for a bulky external expansion tank. All the fuel pumps required are housed in the fuel cell itself, so that is all that is needed. This saves space and weight and increases safety as fewer fuel line connections are required and external fuel pumps are not used.
Internal high pressure fuel pumps, for every need between 200 and 2000 hp
The ATL fuel cells come with the unique Nuke Performance CFC Unit with integrated Fuel Surge Tank function and fit a single or dual high-pressure fuel pump from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive and many others . It fits all standard 39mm fuel pumps as well as the larger Deatschwerks DW400, Walbro GST450/520, Bosch BR540 and Aeromotive Stealth 450. Thanks to the internal reservoir and foam liner in the tank, this solution is able to provide a consistent fuel flow for requirements to deliver between 200 and 2000 hp without fuel starvation, even in difficult driving conditions.
The Nuke Performance High-Profile Competition Fuel Cell Unit fits most common fuel pumps. Coupled with the Nuke Performance Fuel Pump Hardware Kits, setting up a high performance fuel system has never been easier.
How are fuel pumps installed in the ATL Saver cell and in the expansion tank?
The single fuel pump mounted in the fuel cell acts as a pickup fuel pump, ensuring the high pressure fuel pumps always have enough fuel in the oversized 2 liter surge tank to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation, which can seriously damage your engine.
Suitable for all types of motorsport and in a wide range
The new high profile edition of the Nuke Performance Competition Fuel Cell Unit is AN-10 ORB outlet and AN-8 ORB return prepared and available in a variety of sizes for you to choose from. The use of the oversized, high flow AN-10 ORB outlet consolidates the internal fuel pumps into a single fuel line, minimizing the need for external devices, hoses and fittings. The supplied anti-rollover vent fitting is AN-6 (3/4 UNF) and can be swapped out for AN-6 to AN-10 if required. Outlet and return fittings AN-6, AN-8, AN-10 and AN-12 are available separately as accessories.
NEW: The AN-6 Fuel Cell Vent Kit fits directly onto the CFC unit vent valve and is easy to install.
The CFC unit is fitted with an AN-8 (3/4 UNF) to AN-6 male anti-over-tightening vent fitting and the easiest way to get the vent line into a safe and functional position is to use a Nuke fuel cell vent kit Performance. Available in different sizes, from AN-6 to AN-12, you can choose the kit that best suits your needs.
All-foam mufflers in affordable, FIA-legal fuel cell
The ATL Saver cells are approved according to FIA FT3-1999 for all major motor sports worldwide. However, if they are used in FIA or FT3 motorsport, they must be housed in the aluminum container. When ordering, choose whether you want to add the container to your order. Building your own tank without consulting ATL is not recommended as sizing issues may void the warranty.
ATL Well Cell, the FIA ​​approved fuel cell that fits directly into your spare tire compartment equipped with the CFC unit
Upgrading from a stock fuel tank to an aftermarket FIA-legal fuel cell has never been easier. The 45 liter capacity ATL fuel cell fits directly into the spare tire compartment and houses the Nuke Performance CFC Unit. There's no aluminum canister for this fuel cell, but if you're using the stock tray, all you have to do is add a lid and you're good to go.
How does the Nuke Performance Competition Fuel Cell Unit work?
The CFC Unit serves as a fuel pump mount with an integrated expansion tank for motorsport applications where safety and functionality are of paramount importance. It is designed to mount directly to an aftermarket fuel cell using a standardized 24-bolt pattern. How are the fuel pumps connected to the electrical connectors and fuel lines?
Nuke Performance's CFC Unit features oversized connectors, so you don't have to worry about overloading the connectors when running high amps. For the lift fuel pump you have two electrical connections and for the high pressure fuel pumps you have a total of three connections, allowing you to run a dual fuel pump setup in two steps or simultaneously if preferred. The fuel line is connected to the supplied fittings. However, we recommend using one of the fuel pump mounting kits for the selected fuel pumps to take full advantage of easy maintenance, fail-safe functionality and long life, even when using alcohol-based fuels such as ethanol.
Low profile gas cap or remote filler neck for 50mm fuel filler hose? The CFC unit comes with a low profile fuel cap with integrated ROPS. For those who prefer remote fueling, we offer a remote fueling nozzle that accepts a 50-52mm fuel filler hose. It fits directly into the CFC unit and uses the integrated rollover protection on the underside of the CFC unit. The remote filler neck is available as an accessory.
Choose the right level sensor for your aftermarket fuel cell For most applications, an accurate fuel level sensor is required to have the best experience. The Nuke Performance high profile CFC unit mates with most popular fuel level senders that use the 5-bolt SAE pattern. The CFC unit comes with a flat and lightweight block-off plate that can be easily swapped out for your choice of tank sender. You can have your CFC units supplied with an FLS, ensure you select the correct length when ordering. For the ATL fuel cells, add a level sensor and we will supply the right length for your fuel cell.
