OVERVIEW :
This .69" fuel line is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser engraved for a high quality surface finish. It is a direct replacement for the OEM fuel line. A tubing kit is available that includes all the necessary parts for installation and replacement Includes fuel line connector to OEM components.

This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol blends such as E85. The OEM plastic spacers are reused to thermally insulate the fuel line from the aluminum intake manifold.

The fuel line has four threaded connectors, all designed for 8AN ORB.

When building a custom fuel system, you must choose appropriate connectors based on the application. For larger accessories, such. such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges and fuel impulse dampeners, adequate space is required around the fuel line connector(s). To check the clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a guide.

INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY :
Like the OEM fuel lines, the injector bores are 11mm ID so factory injectors are compatible. If using aftermarket injectors, make sure they are compatible with the stock fuel line and have the same fit (height and o-rings) as the OEM injectors.

This is the basic fuel rail and includes only the fuel rail as shown in the picture below. Factory fasteners are reused (see assembly instructions for more information). This is ideal for high performance applications where the installer wants to build a custom fuel system. If you are using the factory regulator and fuel lines, consider purchasing the plumbing kit (see below).
