20-0753 OVERVIEW :
The Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit (PIK) is installed between the intake manifold and the cylinder head. It allows injectors to be used for the extra fuel needed for heavily modified B58TU engines. This will NOT replace the OEM direct injection system.
The fuel line is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum and laser engraved for a high quality surface finish. Both end connections are machined with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female thread).
The injectors are mounted at a calculated angle to ensure correct spray into the center of the intake ports without affecting surrounding components.

The PIK adapter plate can also be used as a simple intake manifold spacer without using the fuel line. All that is required are 2AN ORB connectors shown below.
Fasteners are included to reuse the OEM engine cover.
These 4 adapters attach to the underside of the engine cover and compensate for the displacement of the intake manifold.

: This kit is designed for specific injectors with top and bottom o-ring clearance as shown below. The upper and lower injector o-rings must be 14mm in diameter.

When building a custom fuel system, you must select the appropriate connectors for the specific application. For larger accessories, such. such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges and fuel impulse dampeners, adequate space is required around the fuel line connector(s). To check the clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a guide.

This kit allows the OEM low pressure fuel feed hose to be connected to the rear of the port injected fuel system. Installation takes less than 10 minutes. If using an independent port-injected fuel system (see Radium 20-0760 Fuel Pump Mount), this piping kit is not required.
