With the Dash 4 aluminum fitting, it is possible to manufacture steel braided lines according to individual needs and to install them without tension. No additional seals are required. The technical design of the fitting is optimized for maximum throughput and reduces turbulence and pressure losses in your Boost Cooler system.

Assembly Instructions:

Wrap the steel braided line with adhesive tape at the cutting point and cut it with a fine saw.

Unscrew the compression nut from the fitting and slide it onto the hose.

Push the sealing olive onto the PTFE core up to the inner collar. The steel flex jacket must now be located over the sealing olive.

Screw the fitting into the PTFE hose with a rotating movement as far as it will go and screw the compression nut onto the fitting by hand.

Place the compression nut in a vise and tighten.

Carry out a pressure test.
