The high-quality PyroCell Elite fuel cells from Pyrotect are the top fuel cells made of ultra-durable, double-coated urethane fabric and with internal foam silencers. It is perfect for injection systems with Nuke Performance's integrated CFC unit, which eliminates the need for an external expansion tank that is otherwise required when operating a fuel cell. The fuel cell is safe for all types of fuels, including ethanol and methanol.

The Pyrotect Elite fuel cell with the Nuke Performance CFC Unit comes with the unique Nuke Performance Competition Fuel Cell Unit as a filler plate replacement. The CFC unit is the perfect solution for a simplified high performance fuel system where safety is paramount. Thanks to the integrated reservoir, this setup eliminates the need for a space-consuming external reservoir. Since all the required fuel pumps are mounted in the fabric bladder itself, you only need these. This saves space and weight and increases safety as fewer fuel line connections are required and external fuel pumps are not used.
Internal high pressure fuel pumps, for every need between 200 and 2000 hp
The Pyrotect Elite fuel cells come with the unique Nuke Performance CFC unit with integrated fuel spill tank and fuel pump mount and fit a single or dual high pressure fuel pump from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive and many others. It fits all standard 39mm fuel pumps as well as the larger Deatscherks DW400, Walbro GST400/450/520, Bosch BR540 and Aeromotive Stealth 450. One fuel pump mounts inside the fuel cell on a height adjustable aluminum bracket and one or two fuel pumps mount on a billet Aluminum bracket fixed in expansion tank. This solution is able to deliver smooth fuel flow for demands between 200 and 2000hp without fuel starvation, even under demanding driving conditions thanks to the internal expansion tank and internal Pyrotect foam insert.

The Nuke Performance CFC Unit - Low profile Competition Fuel Cell Unit, with integrated fuel tank, is now equipped with ORB threads. With the AN-10 ORB outlet port and AN-8 ORB return port, you can choose from a wide range of different ORB ports. Utilizing the oversized, high flow AN-10 ORB outlet consolidates the internal fuel pumps into a single fuel line, minimizing the need for external equipment, hoses and fittings. The included rollover proof vent fitting is AN-6 (3/4 UNF) and can be swapped out for AN-6 or AN-10 if required. Outlet and return fittings AN-6, AN-8, AN-10 and AN-12 are available separately as accessories.

Manufactured in the USA, the Pyrotect Elite fuel cells come with a modified, factory-made internal foam liner that has been customized for mounting the Nuke Performance CFC Unit. The durable urethane bladder, encased in a lightweight aluminum body, is much safer than simpler solutions such as saver cells and welded aluminum cells. The Pyrotect Elite series is one of the safest fuel cells on the market and was developed from a long history of professional motorsport. Featuring an ultra-strong, double-coated urethane fabric bladder and aluminum reservoir, it is available in a variety of sizes, from 8 to 26 gallons (30 to 98 liters). And with the Nuke Performance CFC Unit, the only thing you need between the fuel cell and the motor is a fuel filter, just like a stock fuel system. The internal bladder is completely safe for all types of fuel, but when used with alcoholic fuel it should not be left in storage for a long period of time without first being flushed with non-alcoholic fuel.
