For the past 8 years we have tested various laser scanner hardware and software in-house, developing our own technical workflow that produces extremely precise matching products. We have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in purchasing and testing the best equipment to produce quality products for our loyal customers.
Designed with you in mind
It's one thing to talk about using CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools to design your parts, but that doesn't mean you're good at part design. RSC has been focusing on CAD design of body panels since 2009, and our engineering team has more than 20 years of OEM design experience. Every RSC product benefits from our ever-growing experience of developing large organic shapes such as B. complete replacement bumpers for Lamborghinis, to highly complex, resilient products such as replacement door handles.
High quality materials and workmanship
We start making better molds using premium carbon fiber or aluminum tooling to ensure the reliability and consistency of each part. We use the finest pre-impregnated carbon fibers to achieve maximum strength-to-weight ratio. Our craftsmen ensure that the weave has an even direction and is free from defects. We harden our parts in state-of-the-art autoclaves, despite the additional cost. Finally, each part is varnished 5-10 times with a deep clear coat that provides excellent depth and clarity that will last for years to come.
