The Radium Engineering clutch fork anti-reverse device fixes a common problem with the clutch slave cylinder of the Mitsubishi EVO with pull function. Hard shifting and fast clutch pedal application can cause the clutch fork to recede too far, causing the release bearing to separate from the clutch fork. This results in an expensive removal of the transmission to repair. The Radium clutch backstop prevents the clutch fork from backdriving too far, preventing a throwout bearing problem. The clutch stop is multi-axis CNC-milled to position the hex bolt exactly at right angles to the clutch fork.
