CONNECTIONS AND FITTINGS :
The fuel line fittings are 8AN ORB and 1/8 NPT.

Adapter for fuel pressure gauges.
Suitable fittings must be selected depending on the application. Adequate clearance around the fuel line connector(s) is required for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges and fuel impulse dampeners. To check the clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a guide.

This kit is compatible with all vehicles that use the 5.0L Ford Coyote Modul engine, including direct injection 2018+ Mustang GT, 2011-2017 Mustang GT, Ford Shelby GT350, Ford Falcon, Ford F-150, etc. It can be used with OEM returnless or aftermarket returnless fuel systems can be used. It also fits the Ford Racing Boss 302 header.
Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel line can support all the necessary power requirements of the engine. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, anodized black and laser engraved for a premium surface finish. Each rail has three 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female threads) and one 1/8" NPT female fitting. Like the OEM fuel lines, the injector bores are 14mm ID, allowing the use of factory fuel injectors. In addition, these rails have provisions for factory injector retaining clips as shown below.

The 20-0434 Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit, Ford Coyote allows for an OEM bolt-on affair. It is compatible with ALL Coyote engines including the S197 Mustang GT, S550 Mustang GT, Shelby GT350 and the 2018+ Mustang GT (with direct injection). This kit eliminates all unnecessary fuel hoses running over the top of the engine and preheating the fuel. It diverts the fuel lines from the SAE quick disconnect upstream near the firewall. Lines are routed parallel to each other for even fuel distribution using our high flow billet aluminum Y-adapter. All hoses are made of high quality PTFE and are compatible with all fuel types including E85. Billet aluminum o-ring plugs are included for all unused ports. Radium P/N: 14-0358 and Radium P/N: 14-0359 are included for the 2018+ Mustang GT and Shelby GT350.
