CONNECTIONS AND FITTINGS :
The fuel line connections are designed for 8AN ORB.
8AN ORB adapter fittings.
8AN ORB direct mount controller.
8AN ORB fuel impulse dampener.
Adapter for fuel pressure gauges.

Refer to the table below to ensure the correct fuel lines are ordered.

Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel lines can meet all the required power requirements of the engine. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized and laser etched for a high quality finish.

These fuel lines are specifically designed for OEM or equivalent fuel injectors. 2 sets of machined insulating spacers are included for injector height flexibility and thermal isolation. All injectors must use 11mm diameter top o-rings, same as the OEM Subaru injectors. Further information can be found in the operating instructions.

The fuel lines are compatible with all types of fuel, including common alcohol mixtures such as E85.

These fuel lines have the same mounting and injector spacing as the 20-0579-02 (below). However, these fuel rails feature an 8AN ORB connector machined into the center bottom of each fuel rail.

NOTE : The bulge in the center of the connector can interfere with early AVCS magnets in the EJ207 and JDM EJ205. If this is the case, use P/N: 20-0479-02 below.

These fuel lines share the same assembly, injector spacing and fitment as the 20-0567-02 (above). However, each fuel rail has an 8AN ORB "top port", as opposed to 20-0567-02 which has a middle bottom port (image shown below with fuel rail adapter 20-0372).

The additional clearance is necessary for the EJ207 and JDM EJ205 engines that have early AVCS magnets with vertical leads (see below).

These H-6 fuel lines are for the Original Equipment Subaru EZ30 "Phase-I" Flat 6 engine. This engine is characterized by having a single exhaust port per bank. These engines are equipped with the Subaru Air-Assist fuel injection system.

Each fuel line has three 8AN ORB threaded fittings (6 total).

INJECTOR FITTING :
OEM Injectors - The Radium Engineering fuel rail features 11mm injector bores making it compatible with the factory Subaru EZ30 Phase I "air assist" fuel injectors. No modifications are required. If you want to use aftermarket fuel injectors read up please below.

Aftermarket Fuel Injectors - The Phase-I EZ30 uses an air-assisted emissions system. These engines use a unique OEM fuel injector that is not replicated in the aftermarket. In order to use universal aftermarket injectors, these cylinder heads require the included Radium injector seats. When these injector seats are fitted to the Air Assist cylinder heads, an aftermarket injector that is 48mm long with an 11mm top o-ring and a 14mm bottom o-ring must be used. The following universal injectors have been found to be compatible. However, there are other injectors on the market that will work but are not listed here.

As shown below, the distance to the nearby AVCS magnet is large enough.
