With the Boost Cooler water injection, an increase in performance of up to 10-25% can be achieved in turbo and supercharged engines without thermally overloading the engine. The charge air temperature is reduced by up to 60°C, the combustion chamber is cooled and the thermal load on vehicles that have already been tuned is effectively reduced.
Water or water/alcohol (methanol or ethanol) is injected into the hot charge air in finely atomized form at high pressure, depending on the desired starting charge pressure. The evaporating liquid achieves extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable to 116 octane racing fuel.
The Boost Cooler is unmatched in atomization! The liquid is swirled at supersonic speeds within the Hyper-Sonic atomizing nozzle before being forced through the venturi.

The enclosed control unit varies the injection quantity, with a reaction time of 1.5msek, flexibly to the boost pressure. The settings on the LCD screen can be made within a few seconds without prior knowledge. You only set the boost pressure (start/full) - the system does the rest for you.
The Boost Cooler Stage 2 control unit can be placed splash-proof in the engine compartment or in the vehicle interior. The LCD display can be installed in the field of view if required and provides general information about the status of your system (boost pressure gauge and pump performance).
