Multiple award-winning system - the Boost Cooler Stage 3 DI creates a 2D mapping based on boost pressure and fuel injection quantity (fuel pressure sensor signal) for precise injection regulation of water-alcohol injection.

Optimal cooling with water injection
With the Boost Cooler water injection, an increase in performance of up to 10-25% can be achieved in turbo and supercharged engines without thermally overloading the engine. The charge air temperature is reduced by up to 60°C, the combustion chamber is cooled and the thermal load on vehicles that have already been tuned is effectively reduced.
Water or water/alcohol (methanol or ethanol) is injected into the hot charge air in finely atomized form at high pressure, depending on the desired starting charge pressure. The evaporating liquid achieves extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable to 116 octane racing fuel.
The Boost Cooler is unmatched in atomization! The liquid is swirled at supersonic speeds within the Hyper-Sonic atomizing nozzle before being forced through the venturi. With the enclosed dual stage upgrade, 2 atomizer nozzles are used in order to inject as early as possible with the primary nozzle and to achieve maximum cooling and performance with the switched-on 2nd nozzle during peak loads.
More power with Boost Cooler
With the Boost Cooler you can achieve an increase in performance of around 10-25%, even with turbo and compressor engines that have already been tuned. The optimal cooling compensates for typical performance losses at higher outside temperatures. In addition, deposits in the combustion chamber and intake tract are reduced.
Racing fuel performance
Water or water/alcohol is additionally injected into the intake air using the patented high-pressure pump. The evaporating mist achieves extremely effective intake air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable to 116 octane racing gasoline.

The Stage 3 systems can also control an additional nozzle independently of one another. The highly developed dual stage injection management ensures optimal cooling and performance results in all speed ranges. The DST upgrade is already included with your Stage 3 system.
easy installation
The Stage 3 LCD EFI system is the most precise system on the market, can be adjusted with absolute flexibility and yet installation is extremely easy. Only the fuel pressure sensor signal of your engine (in VAG vehicles "G247") and the boost pressure must be checked. As with all Boost Cooler Kits, you will receive detailed German installation instructions and all connection materials for your system.

Award-winning system - our top model for your vehicle! The 2D controller varies the injection quantity via boost pressure and analogous to the fuel injection quantity. The enclosed cockpit display shows the current charge pressure, fuel pressure sensor signal and also the current injection quantity of the Boost Cooler. The control unit also allows you to make fine adjustments from the comfort of the driver's seat.
