The Stage 3 TD is the only water injection system on the market that has a positive effect on fuel consumption and emissions in all load ranges. Successfully tested by the US Department of Energy and multiple SEMA award winner.

Boost Cooler Water Injection - Stage 3

Water or water/alcohol (max. 50% methanol or ethanol) is additionally injected into the hot charge air using the patented high-pressure pump once a preset charge pressure has been reached. The evaporated liquid achieves extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which significantly reduces the charge air and exhaust gas temperatures.

The highly developed digital 2D control unit was designed in such a way that it reduces specific fuel consumption in almost all load ranges. The Stage 3 controller variably controls a small Boost Cooler injector throughout the power curve. This increases combustion efficiency, which in turn results in more power without increasing fuel consumption. The better efficiency improves the fuel economy. Depending on the vehicle and driving style, fuel savings are usually in the range of 5-15%.

The Boost Cooler is unmatched in atomization! The liquid is swirled at supersonic speeds within the Hyper-Sonic atomizing nozzle before being forced through the venturi.

The Boost Cooler Stage 3 MPG-MAX is a completely ready-to-install system including all encoders. A 3l tank is included with the basic system. - Due to the higher fluid requirement, we recommend at least. the 9.5l tank installation set as an upgrade to the MPG-MAX system. For an even longer range or for commercial vehicles, trucks, marine vehicles, etc., we recommend the 9.5l or 26.5l tank upgrade.

Security through award-winning LCD 2D control unit

Intelligent 2D control via boost pressure and exhaust gas temperature (switchable)! The included 2D-mapping controller varies the injection quantity flexibly to boost pressure and exhaust gas temperature. In this way, an optimized injection quantity is achieved under all load conditions. The enclosed cockpit display shows the current boost pressure, exhaust gas temp. and injection quantity (EU display in C° and bar). It also allows you to make fine adjustments from the comfort of the driver's seat.
