The R8 V8 supercharger system is back by popular demand!
In keeping with our tradition of turnkey, bolt-on performance upgrades with dyno-proven daily driving performance, the latest system developed for the 4.2L V8 uses the Magnuson TVS1740 and a new 7-rib drive belt system. Peak power is increased to between 575 and 600 hp, beating the factory output of the popular Audi R8 (Gen1) 5.2L V10 and rivaling the performance of most current supercars.

The Magnuson TVS1740 is a Roots blower that uses Eaton's latest generation four-lobed rotors. The supercharger is attached to a water-cooled cast manifold with additional cooling efficiency provided by its own water tank and additional front-mount heat exchanger. Boost pressure is instantaneous and constant throughout the rev range and is controlled by an internal air bypass system that virtually eliminates parasite loss at cruising speeds.

Designed and developed in California, the fuel maps are optimized for 91 octane pump fuel.
Includes: 3 new fuel pumps (2 high pressure pumps, 1 tank) for repeatable and reliable performance.
Those who have access to unleaded octane can use it and take advantage of the improved fuel quality.
transmission
Our system is compatible with all 3 transmissions offered in the R8 V8 (manual, R-Tronic and S-Tronic).
Standard power can be managed through a healthy stock clutch.
Exhaust
Compatible with a stock exhaust and most cat-back exhaust systems
