The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (570mm x 236mm x 150mm / stepped = 16,160cm³) and thus offers a 70% larger inflow area and 112% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance net is a high-quality tube fin net with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the overall weight of the intercooler is only 10.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analyzes in the CFD system. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace with the standard intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and stable under pressure. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
