Opel Astra H OPC 2.0 Turbo 177KW/240PS (2005-2010)
The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (550mm x 240mm x 90mm= 11,830cm³) and thus offers 132% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh (Tube Fin) allows the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, enough air flow and is also very light. The intercooler has a total weight of only 7.5kg. The cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations for the best possible internal air flow. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been enlarged to Ø 65mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to do. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
