The high-performance intercooler has the net dimensions of 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (in stages 20.65L) and thus offers a 162% larger inflow area and 182% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance net is a high-quality tube fin net with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the overall weight of the intercooler is only 13.2kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analyzes in the CFD system. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed directly for the high demands of the large tuning levels on the BMW 135i and 335i. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the input and output have been increased to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply exchange it for the standard intercooler - due to the extreme size, minor adjustments to the cooler support are necessary. Tested up to 6 bar and stable under pressure. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
